Ingredients
- 5 lbs Hot Italian Sausage Links
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 Bell Peppers Red
- 3 Bell Peppers Green
- 3 Bell Peppers Orange
- 1 Vidalia Onion large
- 0.25 c Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper coarse ground
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 tbsp Oregano
Preparation
1. Cut sausage into medallions and brown in skillet.
2. Cut all peppers into thin strips and fry in olive oil.
3. Add minced onions and garlic to peppers and continue to cook in oil until soft.
4. Add sausage and all remaining ingredients to peppers and continue cooking in crock pot on low for 1 hour.
5. Serve from crock pot.
